Paul founded mtt/consulting in March 2000 having started in the industry as a 16 year old apprentice with Matthew Hall Mechanical and Electrical Engineers in 1982.

During his time at Matthew Hall Paul successfully completed an HND in Environmental Engineering at the South Bank University.

In 1989, Paul joined Jaros Baum & Bolles (UK) Ltd, the London base of one of North America’s leading building services consultants.

In 1995 Paul was approached by AMEC Construction and became Chief Engineer for London and the South East.

Paul left AMEC in 1998 and joined  Waterman Partenership. It was after leaving Waterman Partnership that he formed mtt/consulting.

Sport
As a schoolboy, Paul was an active sporting all rounder with particular interest in rugby, cricket, football, tennis, cross country and athletics.

Since school, Paul has been very active. Paul has weight trained for the past 20 years and continued his running, albeit at a reduced capacity due to  the demands of work.

Paul is now training hard to face the challenge of the Gobi desert run, and is using the training to reduce his overall bodyweight.

Personal
Paul lives in Fulham and has three sons (Thomas, Sam and Charlie).
